Could Olivia have competition in the office when newbicop joins the office. As the actress Mariska Hargitay is on
maternity leave, new girl Connie Nielsen joins the team as Detective Dani Beck. Beck will replace Detective Olivia Benson
(Hargitay), who will be relocated "away from the building." But when Olivia returns, Beck seems to be causing trouble
for herself by doing a bit of 'harmless' flirting with the main man Det. Elliot Stabler (well, who can blame her?)
Keep an eye out for the episode 'Florida' where again Olivia has to confront her past and could her mother have lied
to her all these years? During this season Olivia's family life becomes a little more complicated with a step brother that
turns up out of the blue.
Luckily for us UK viewers, or some of us anyway, Hallmark has caught up with this Law & Order spin off, whereas,
UK's Tv networks, including Hallmark have no way caught up with the original TV series Law & Order, still only premiered
in the UK the season that was originally aired in the US in 2002. Why so behind in the original, yet we are not for the
spin off? Even when Sky One claim they are two years ahead of Channel 5, they are still two or three years behind U.S. I am
laughing. Again, scratchinfg my head on this one.
