Season 9 already has some interesting line up of special guests on Law & Order:Svu, including Cynthia Nixon, Melissa
Joan Hart, Aidan Quinn, Method Man, Gloria Reuben, Steven Weber, Elizabeth McGovern, Forrest Griffin (UFC), Coco, Beverly
D'Angelo, Annie Potts, Shannon Woodward (The Riches), Kyle Gallner (Veronica Mars), Kevin Tighe (Lost), Gaius Charles (Friday
Night Lights), Bronson Pinchot.
Not only that, they get a new team member Adam Bleach as Det. Chester Lake, who was first introduced in season 8 (not
yet seen in the UK). Season 8 kicks off on the Hallmark Channel 20th August.
Yet, we are still 2 seasons behind in Law & Order and Criminal Intent in the UK.
Production finishes Sept 5th and the new season airs in the U.S Sept 25th.
Trying to keep up with the Law and Order series, all three, and not sure when or where they can be seen is becoming a
full time occupation? Especially for those of us Crime drama fans in the UK, British cable and tv networks seem to be behind
by as 5 years. Claiming they have a new series, never before seen in the UK, these channels are way behind the rest of the
world. Again, Tv honchos in the Uk need to pull their socks up, as these are Emmy award winning shows with TV ratings to boot
, plus a vast TV following along with the fact it is one of the longest running TV shows on the planet and with great spin
offs.
