Good news for the Dexter admirers,
Showcase has a third season up their devilish sleeves. I heard about this show last year before it was aired, and couldnt
wait till it reached our UK shores, and the same goes for our Chuck. Both i did previews and reviews on my website, before
they were seen on TV in the UK. Both shows have become a phenomenal success and a smash hit. I did a review of Chuck
even before it was seen on US TV, before everyone else, and now, ahhh, my Chuck, I am so proud.
Chuck survived the writer's strike.
For its first season, along other of the premier seasons of 2007, Chuck had to endure that first nail biting crucial
first season jitters. But where others were axed due to the writer's strike and the mess the strike left behind, Chuck our
disgruntled nerdy spy survived the chop and a second season is due to be aired in the fall, in the States.
Dexter, well, bloody hell, what
can i say. From the previews and clips i have seen, we are in for another good TV session with our anti-hero. Again this show
plays with our minds and moral values, who is good and who is evil. Also, it seems Dexter could face some of his more dicier times
ahead with a new player in the game starring one of the stars from British drama, Hustle. Jaime Murray is the
mysterious sexy new stranger to walk into Dexter's life, making it a little more complicated than it already is.
