Various American newspaper columns are reporting that NCIS is number one or two  for the 10pm slot for Tuesdays schedule. NCIS beat Law & Order SVU and, but was beaten by the horrendous youtube inspired news program. 
 
NCIS drew in 6.8 million, whilst 6.4 million watched Law & Order SVU.
